President & CEO

Phillip Howell is the President and CEO of Best American Amusement Group and Best American Trampolines, one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of indoor trampoline parks and adventure attractions. After spending more than a decade in residential trampoline manufacturing, Phillip entered the commercial amusement industry in 2007 with a vision of creating safer, higher-quality trampoline parks built entirely in the United States.

Over the past two decades, Phillip has helped shape the modern trampoline and adventure park industry. Under his leadership, Best American has designed, manufactured, and helped open more than 250 parks worldwide, earning a reputation for exceptional engineering, innovative attractions, and industry-leading customer service.

Phillip was a member of the original ASTM committee responsible for developing the U.S. trampoline court safety standard (ASTM F2970) and served as a founding board member of the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) from 2012 to 2016. His work has played a key role in advancing safety, design standards, and operational best practices throughout the industry.

An entrepreneur at heart, Phillip has also co-founded several successful companies, including Active8 Software, which was later acquired by Roller, and Intelliplay, an interactive technology platform that is redefining the guest experience through gamified attractions and wearable technology.

Today, Phillip continues to lead the development of next-generation family entertainment centers around the world, combining innovative attraction design, advanced technology, and turnkey project delivery to help clients create world-class entertainment destinations.

Chief Operating Officer

Bradley Howell serves as Chief Operating Officer for Best American Trampolines. After previously serving as Production Manager and Director of Operations, Bradley brings a hands-on understanding of manufacturing, logistics, project coordination, and installation support to his leadership role.

He works closely with the Best American team to ensure each project moves efficiently from design and production through final delivery, while maintaining the quality and attention to detail clients expect from Best American.

Lead Project Manager

Sean serves as Lead Project Manager for Best American Trampoline Parks, supporting project coordination, scheduling, material tracking, and communication throughout the build process. With hands-on experience in production, installation, and team supervision, Sean helps keep projects organized and moving forward.

Project Manager

Brookelyn serves as Project Manager for Best American Trampolines, helping coordinate project details, timelines, vendors, and communication throughout the build process. She brings a strong project management background with experience across commercial and residential construction, facilities maintenance, procurement, and national account coordination.

3D Design Director

Senior Engineer

Matthew graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with two Engineering Degrees. His love of mechanical devices began at the age of 10, designing and fabricating machines and equipment for his family shop. Combining his hands-on experience with his engineering knowledge, Matthew has held Mechanical Engineering positions with Oceaneering Space Systems, Dynacon Inc., and BMI Defense Systems.

Invited annually to Texas A&M University and the Fort Worth Agricultural Mechanics Show, to serve on a panel of judges to assist students with their Mechanical Design Projects. As the Senior Engineer at Best American, Matthew creates 2D & 3D models of mechanical and non-mechanical systems, performs structural design and analysis of mechanical systems, drafts mechanical drawings for projects, and performs and coordinates computer-generated prototype testing to show compliance with system requirements.

Mechanical Engineer

Since obtaining her Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University, Lyndi has held many prestigious positions with some of the world’s top corporations, including Senior Engineer at Dynacon, Inc, Engineer II at The Boeing Company, and Data Extractor and Importer for the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. At Best American, Lyndi provides models for mechanical and non-mechanical systems using 3D CAD software, communicates with clients, performs manufacturability assessments, and provides onsite project support.

CAD Designer

Julian serves as CAD Designer for Best American Trampolines, helping turn project concepts, measurements, and design requirements into detailed technical drawings. His work supports the planning, manufacturing, and installation process by providing clear layouts and design documentation for each project.

Co-Founder & CEO, Intelliplay

Greg Spittle is Co-founder and CEO of Intelliplay, a technology company transforming location-based entertainment through smart wearable tech, gamification, and real-time analytics for active entertainment centers. Before Intelliplay, Greg was a VP at ROLLER Software, leading the growth of ROLLER’s global partner ecosystem. He joined ROLLER through its acquisition of Active8 Software, where he was CEO, having built the company from inception to a successful exit after 6.5 years. Greg brings 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, project and people management, and strategic planning, including 8+ years focused specifically on the adventure park and family entertainment space. Before founding Active8, Greg was an engineer. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.

General Counsel

Rob serves as the company’s General Counsel, advising on day-to-day business matters involving all aspects of operations. In addition, he maintains a private practice as a partner at Burke Bogdanowicz PLLC, a Dallas-based law firm focused on business and commercial disputes.

Rob’s peers have recognized his commitment to excellence; he has been recognized by Super Lawyers®, a Thomson Reuters publication, every single year since 2012. For ten consecutive years, he was honored as a “Texas Rising Star” (2012 – 2022). Selection to this list is a distinction limited to no more than 2.5% of all lawyers in Texas. From 2017 – 2022, Rob was distinguished further as one of the “Up-and-Coming Top 100 Rising Stars”, a select list of only 100 attorneys in the state. Since 2022, Rob has been named a Texas Super Lawyer. Rob also has been honored as one of the “Best Lawyers in Dallas” by D Magazine five times, as one of their “Best Lawyers in Dallas Under 40” twice, and has been rated as “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell since 2022, which reflects that he has reached the highest levels of professional excellence, skill, and integrity.
